View program page: Riders access a program page showcasing a tailored description of your shuttle service.
Choose a stop: Riders can view all the pickups available and select them on a map or as a list.
Review timetable: Riders can review the timetable for their chosen stop to check if suitable for them.
Choose a pass: You can decide to offer a variety of options, from Single & Return, Ride bundles or Season pass.
Payment: Riders can self-serve their payments. If passes are provided for free they can skip this step.
Manage bookings: Riders can manage their own bookings, change the time or cancel.
Track vehicle: Tracking becomes available well ahead of pickup time so riders can track the driver's progress.
Open boarding pass: Riders show the driver their QR Code, Badge or provide their name to board the vehicle.
